Home Owners Association

RSM's experience includes the programming and design of neighborhood pools for various Home Owners Associations. We have design experience with many of the features important to todays community pool crowd, including beach entry wading pools, water slides, water basketball, water volleyball, current channels, lazy rivers, splashpads, and play features.  We are familiar with the specialized dynamics of many Home Owner Associations, and how to engage their respective organizations.  We take care to involve members of the respective HOA Board during the design phase to ensure that the final product is exactly what the Association needs in terms of programming, safety, and long term performance.
