Higher Education

RSM's experience includes programming and design of competition and recreation pools for various colleges and universities across the United States. RSM's leadership includes competing, coaching, and hosting large water polo and swimming events in all levels of competition, including Division 1.  This experience is invaluable in the design of the aquatic facilities, in collaboration with Adminstration, Coaches and Facility Maintenance personnel.  From the programming phase, through design and construction, RSM takes a leaderhip role in each project to ensure that the finished aquatic facility meets the aquatic program needs of each institution, including safety and long term performance.
